FREE Stitching Pattern: “Beloved”

Hello there, friends!

I hope you are warm and well! It’s amazing that we’re already half way through January, and St. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! In honor of that special day of love, I’ve created a new FREE pattern for you to create– a stitching chart with the word ‘beloved’ that you can use to adorn a gift, add to a patch, or use as a bookmark, like shown here on this post!

I made my stitching on a cream colored, 18 count Aida cloth. The thread used to stitch it was DMC 3777 Terra Cotta vy dk.

The bookmark was made very simply- I used an iron to fold back the edges, sewed them in place with a zig-zag stitch, and then attached a fawn colored velvet ribbon.

To make your own stitching, simply right click the chart below to save to your computer and then print. And if you make something up with it, I’d love to see it!

It’s my hope to more free patterns to share with you, and of course more to list in the shop. 2021 didn’t go as I had planned as far as booklets were concerned, but I DO have plans for more of those too, especially for Christmas!

I hope you doing well and staying well. So many friends and loved ones have come down with Covid in the last few days. If you are suffering from illness at the moment, please know I’m thinking of you and hoping that health and healing come very, very soon.

Thanks so much for coming to visit me here. I appreciate it so much!

Hugs– and, of course,

Take Joy!
H
