I don't know more about Tasha than I've learnt here from Heather but I feel lucky to be in the UK where most of us never really lost the knack of cooking meals from scratch. We don't dine out so much here and although the supermarkets sell a fair few ready meals they sell far more for you to craft your meal from.Authenticity in life is a wonderful thing to have, the problem I find is being authentic to the time in which I live.Pleased to meet you Winnie 🙂

Thank you, Winnie, for a fun Tasha post! I so agree with what you've written – and it's become even more important to live a life of authenticity and simplicity today.

Hi Annie- It is lovely to meet you too! For sure, time is critical in our 21st century lives for spending more time in the kitchen . Sometimes, it just cannot be done. But I still feel the pleasure when I do have the time to make something nourishing and delicious ! Thanks for stopping in today all across the Big Pond!!
