Hi, friends!
How are you? I’m popping in to share some fun autumn news with you– I am planning my annual Autumn Etsy shop update “An Autumn Gathering” for Friday, September 3rd. I plan to have original art, prints, notecards and some extra treats to offer you and I’m sure some fun here on the blog as well! The painting on the banner is my latest piece, and the original (and prints) will be available to purchase during the event. So if you’re looking for some new autumn art, mark your calendar! Can’t wait to share it all with you!

I do already have a few autumn and Halloween items in my shop, and I am very pleased to report that you can now find my autumn pattern booklet “Frost on the Pumpkin, An Old Fashioned Autumn” at the primitive decor shop “Southern Past-Times” in Troutville, VA. I still have a few copies left in my shop, but they’re going fast! I have more on order, and will add those as soon as they’re back from the printers.

I have also just restocked my cards of Katrina Van Tassel, who has proven to be quite a popular girl in the shop! I also have prints of her available.

Thanks for coming by today, and I hope to see you at the Autumn Gathering! Have a good week-
Take Joy!

Yay, for an Autumn Gathering, September 3!!! I love these events that you plan and Autumn can’t come soon enough. Your new painting is gorgeous and I love the theme and the colonial era clothing. It feels like this couple may be on their way to the famous Van Tassel home for the fall evening gathering of merry-making. I sure hope their evening didn’t end with the fright of seeing the headless horseman too like poor Ichabod had experienced!!
